I am at a loss for words. Against many odds, we have just achieved our dream of owning a home with a piece of property, and I am positive it would never have happened without the care and diligence of Alex and his team. As first-time homeowners without a windfall inheritance or house to sell, we were pushed to the sidelines in this crazy market and have been watching in dismay for many years. A couple of months ago, our dream suddenly materialized. While the banks were not very interested in funding the “challenging property”, Alex didn’t give up and worked extra hard with his team to find a solution for us. I am so thankful for the care and attention he and Sckala provided. It was such a stressful time, but we were confident because we had the best team on the job.I started this process without any prior experience and some trepidation, but Alex’s informative and transparent approach helped me learn and understand the value of working with an experienced mortgage broker, as well as gain a deeper understanding of the entire process. He is very good at this and genuinely cares about helping his clients achieve their dreams. I don’t know how to recommend him more!Thank you, Alex, you are the best!
